THE CARD ANATOMY

DETAILS SECTION

Each lead is also known as a card. On the left hand side “Details” there are a number of fields that are important to understand:

**INDUSTRY**: This is an enriched field that provides you the industry of the deal. this will not be present in every lead.

Re-Engaged: This field shows the URL of a past card that has been linked to in order to re-establish contact

Customer Service URL: This is if a lead is created with a customer service issue pre-existing

ProntoQuote: This is a Yes/No field which will indicate whether there is an associated pronto quote

ProntoOrderNumber: Provides the pronto quote number

PDate: The date the most recent pronto quote was created

ProntoQuoteValue: The most recent pronto quote value

DealSource: This is the advertising source of the quote which tends to be add to quote, typeform etc

LINKED PIPEDRIVE DEAL: If there was a previously won deal or a deal in customer service, this area will be populated with the link to that deal

SEND: This is a Yes/No field which will show whether an annual re-engagement email was sent automatically to user

GCLID and MSCLKID: This is an important field that pulls in the Google ID associated with the Google Ad – this helps us attribute value

REGION: This shows the region the quote is associated with


DOLLAR VALUE

The dollar value is passed into pipedrive either by calculating the value of the lead based on the information gathered in the quote, or being overridden by manual user entry (click on to the amount) or manually overridden by pronto quote numbers.

The only leads that have no value are the re-engaged leads.
