MOVING LEADS FROM WITHIN THE LEAD
Sometimes customer service received sales enquires or assigns leads to you. If so, you will receive an email notification asking you to action the lead.

You can navigate to the Customer Service pipeline and filter by your user in the top right where it might say ‘everyone’ to see any allocated leads to you.

You can move cards from within the card itself by clicking on the name of the pipeline below the lead title > selecting the pipeline you want to move it to > select stage
