Person section

To the right of the value of the lead is the customer associated with that lead. If there is no customer associated with a lead, it is imperative to add a person.

You can edit and add section to the customer associated with a lead by simply clicking and typing.

NOTE: When you start typing – start with the email address, because it may be that the customer record already exists in pipedrive and searching for the email will find the previous record.
NOTE 2: When manually creating a lead from a call ensure you enter the number ‘called from’ in order for us to be able to attribute that to an original advertising source. You can add multiple phone numbers – one ‘called from number’ and one ‘preferred call number’.
